My Autobell Rewards® Terms & Conditions

These My Autobell Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“Participant,” “Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) and Autobell Car Wash, LLC (referred to as “Autobell”) governing your participation in Autobell’s My Autobell Rewards Program (the “My Autobell Rewards Program”). By participating in the My Autobell Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the My Autobell Rewards Program.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the My Autobell Rewards Program, you must be a registered Autobell Mobile App user and in compliance with the Mobile App User Agreement.
   
   
2. My Autobell Rewards Program Overview: The My Autobell Rewards Program is designed to reward loyal Autobell customers. Participants who meet the criteria outlined in these Terms will be entitled to receive Bells for each qualifying purchase of a product or service at an Autobell Car Wash and will be entitled to redeem Bells for rewards after accumulating a specified number of Bells.
   
   
3. Accumulating Bells: Participants can accumulate Bells by making purchases of products or services through the Autobell Mobile App. Bells are not available for purchases in-store or through the Autobell website. Only in-app completed purchases are eligible to earn a Bell.
   
   
4. Autobell App Unlimited, Annual Prepaid Pass, Semi-Annual Prepaid Pass, Pollen Pass, or SuperCard Program Members: Because Bells are earned by individual purchases through the Autobell Mobile App, if you are subscribed to a monthly Autobell App Unlimited program, you do not earn Bells for the base plan; however, if you maintain a membership in this plan for twelve consecutive months (beginning January 15, 2024), you will receive a credit equal to one free month applied to your account, at the value of your plan in the last month of the 12-month period. Prepaid plans, such as the Annual Pass, Semi-Annual Pass, Pollen Pass, or SuperCard programs are discounted in advance and are not eligible for a free month or to earn Bells for the base plan; however, you can earn Bells for additional products or services that you add to these plans.
   
   
5. Reward Credit Threshold: Upon reaching a specified number of Bells, as determined by Autobell, you will become eligible to receive a credit towards a future service or purchase through the Autobell Mobile App at a participating Autobell Car Wash in the form of an Autobell app gift card (an “Autobell App Gift Card”). The thresholds for accumulating Bells, and the corresponding Autobell App Gift Cards will be communicated through My Autobell Rewards Program promotional materials or official communication delivered through the Autobell Mobile App.
   
   
6. Redeeming Bells:
   a. Once you have accumulated the required number of Bells, you may redeem the Bells through the Autobell Mobile App towards Autobell App Gift Cards as determined by Autobell.
   
   b. You can redeem Autobell App Gift Cards through the Autobell Mobile App towards the purchase of car washes or other Autobell products or services, as designated by Autobell in its discretion.
   
   c. Bells and Autobell App Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other cash alternatives (including but not limited to gift cards).
   
   d. Bells and Autobell App Gift Cards are non-transferrable.
   
   e. Bells may have an expiration date designated through the Autobell Mobile App.
   
   
7. My Autobell Rewards Program Modifications: Autobell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the My Autobell Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through My Autobell Rewards Program promotional materials or official communication delivered through the Autobell Mobile App.
   
   
8. Termination and Disqualification: Autobell reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the My Autobell Rewards Program if they are found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or abusing the My Autobell Rewards Program in any way.
   
   
9. Privacy: By participating in the My Autobell Rewards Program, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information by Autobell for the purposes of administering the My Autobell Rewards Program and communicating with you about the My Autobell Rewards Program, and subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
   
   
10. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Autobell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the My Autobell Rewards Program. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND UNDER ALL THEORIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID to participate in the My Autobell Rewards program, IF ANY (and excluding any amounts paid for services or products), AND IF YOU HAVE PAID NO AMOUNT, THEN TWENTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($20.00). YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU have participated in the My Autobell Rewards program WITH A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY IN THESE TERMS.
    
    
11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. State of North Carolina, U.S.A., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules. You agree that venue for all actions, relating in any manner to these Terms, will be in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina, U.S.A.
