Autobell Car Wash eProducts are issued by and are property of Autobell Car Wash, LLC. is located at 1521 East 3rd Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204 (“Autobell”). By purchasing an Autobell Car Wash eProduct, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Autobell reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Autobell Car Wash eGift Card Program. The Autobell Car Wash eGift Card program allows the purchase and delivery of a virtual Autobell Car Wash eGift Card via email. Autobell will send the recipient an email notifying them that they received an Autobell Car Wash eGift Card. The Autobell Car Wash eGift Card will be visible on the email. The customer may present the eGift Card printed or via mobile device to the cashier at the time of payment. The eGift card is valid for all single wash purchases at participating locations. Not valid towards prepaid tickets, Unlimited℠ plans, or online purchases. Not redeemable for cash. Any unused amount can be applied to a future purchase. Cannot be combined with any other offer. eGift Card Available Balance. You may obtain the available balance of the Autobell Car Wash eGift Card by visiting any Autobell Car Wash location or contacting Customer Care at 800.582.8096.

Includes: Vacuum, Robotic Wheel Cleaning, Polish, Sealer, Underbody, Double Polyprocess℠ Wash, AUTOGLOSS℠, Interior Windows, Dash, Console, Door Panel, Hand-Dry, Wipe Rubber Mats, Tire Gloss, and Fragrance. Restrictions on Use. The Autobell Car Wash eGift Card may only be used for making wash purchases at participating Autobell locations. Present the Autobell Car Wash eGift Card to the cashier at the time of payment. Any unused amount can be applied to a future purchase. If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Autobell Car Wash eGift Card balance, you must pay the difference by other means. You cannot add additional value or balance to your Autobell Car Wash eGift Card. Autobell Car Wash eGift Cards do not expire. Autobell Car Wash eGift Cards are not refundable or returnable. Autobell Car Wash eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused balances are not transferable. Treat this Autobell Car Wash eGift Card like cash. Since your Autobell Car Wash eGift Card can be used like cash, you are responsible for all transactions, including unauthorized transactions. Autobell Car Wash eGift Cards cannot be added to the Autobell Mobile App.

Additional Terms. Autobell makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Autobell Car Wash eGift Card, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, or any warranty arising from usage in trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. Autobell does not represent or warrant that your Autobell Car Wash eGift Card will always be accessible or accepted.

Jurisdiction. When you purchase, receive, or redeem an Autobell Car Wash eGift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of North Carolina shall govern these Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. We collect and maintain personally identifiable information regarding your purchase of an Autobell eGift Card in accordance with our privacy policy found here.
