Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

I am excited to take on this new role as a store manager for Autobell. I love being the best at everything I do, and I’m excited about the opportunity to showcase what I can do to help Autobell be the #1 choice when people want their car cleaned. I’m also ready to have a friendly competition with other store managers in the district who have helped me get to where I am over the years.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

When I was working at store #27 in Rocky Mount, NC, a customer’s car was having difficulties starting. I offered to help him, and we eventually found the problem and got it fixed. The fix wasn’t a big issue, but it impacted me a lot on how he reacted. He thanked me and started to get a little emotional, telling me how no one was willing to help him and said there needed to be more people like me in the world. I will never forget what a small gift of kindness can mean to someone else.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

By ensuring every customer leaves our lot with a shine on their car and a smile on their face. Autobell’s first-class team members are the reason customers come back. I plan to live out our purpose by making sure every customer is treated with respect and servitude, and when they come to Autobell, they see our hustle and show every time.

Meet Kegan Lovett, the new store manager of #84 in Bel Air, MD.

Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

Ever since I started working at Autobell, I always dreamt about becoming a store manager. Now that I am here, it is everything I thought it would be and more. I have a great passion for the opportunity to lead and help shape our young men and women into their future goals.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

We had a female customer experiencing a medical episode. Luckily one of our team members was training to become an Emergency Medical Technician, so I along with the store manager, and the team member attended to the woman in our lobby. We gave her our undivided attention until Emergency Medical Services showed up. Meanwhile, all the other customers were attended to and assisted with their vehicles. It was a team effort, and it put into perspective how strong our teamwork is at Autobell.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

I grew up a tri-sport athlete, and I am also ambidextrous, meaning I can use both my left and right hand for most activities.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I plan on living out our purpose by leading by example and staying accountable. It all starts from the top with me by keeping myself accountable and always working hard and hustling. That will show my team members who want to work as hard as myself. It is a lot of responsibility, but it is an even greater reward having all our moving parts working towards one common goal to represent our great company. Without our team members, we could not achieve all that we have; therefore, it is my job to help guide and build onto the already fantastic legacy Autobell has created.

Meet Jake Bartholomew, the new store manager of #80 in Lilburn, GA.

Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

I am determined to become better than I was the day before and passionate to share the Autobell dream with my team members and customers creating the most positive, friendly environment possible.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

The most impactful experience I’ve had yet was my first Saturday as Store Manager. The team members weren’t sure about me, but I exposed them to a new way of thinking about “the show” and how we work together as a team. I received incredible feedback from my whole crew about how this not only made sense and everyone’s life easier, but how it was fun and organized the flow of operations on one of our busiest days.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

I have seven siblings, and I am the third youngest. I grew up in Charlotte just around the corner from store #4. I am a classical music nerd and have been studying classical guitar for over four years now. I am incredibly passionate, and I play guitar every day after work. Having a creative outlet helps me stay sharp once I am in work mode. And I love to snowboard. Spending a year out west in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and being outside every single day reminded me why I love Autobell. Out of every activity in the world, three that I enjoy the most are to play guitar, to snowboard, and to work at Autobell.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine, by doing just that. I am a firm believer that a clean car is one of the first steps to a clear mind. I find such value in helping others improve themselves even on a small scale, such as lifting the weight of cleaning a car off one’s shoulders.

Meet Anslee Panter, the new store manager of #74 in Lawrenceville, GA.

Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

I've been given a great opportunity to take on my own store and run it the way I see best fit to Autobell standards. I have the chance to train and mentor team members to help them grow in Autobell and learn some life lessons as well. I also have the opportunity to grow with a great company that has already taught me so much. I want to be a great leader and help team members achieve their goals!

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

The most impactful experience I had was when I was becoming an assistant manager, the team members would ask me for help and advice, which made me feel very close to them and allowed me to teach them something new and had me learning from them as well! I had one great team member and who tried her best always to make sure the customers were happy as well as motivating the staff! She would mention to me how she saw me growing and trying my best, which prompted her to become an assistant herself now! The fact that I made an impact on her to grow in the company is one thing I will never forget!

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

I moved here from Florida intending to become a hard business worker like my parents, yet I had no idea I would get to do this at 18 years old!

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I believe creating a great environment at this store and having great team members who can communicate and help out each other to become a team is where I would like to start! From there, we will all continue to grow to help customers come and go with an exceptionally clean car that helps brighten their day!
