Meet Kyle Mueller, the new store manager of Autobell #02 in Charlotte, NC.

How do you feel about taking on this new opportunity as a Store Manager?

I am excited for this new role within the company and what it has to offer. I've been around for five years working under Jerome Hopper (store manager at #70 in Charlotte, NC), who has guided me in the right direction.

What advice would you give a team member who's thinking about becoming a manager?

To make the customers experience phenomenal so they will keep returning and bring others to get that same great experience. Also, make the most of every situation and do not be afraid to ask questions to grow. Be eager to learn and ready for the next opportunity.

What's the best thing about working at Autobell?

The best thing about working at Autobell is the everyday challenge to get better, and the ability to build customer relationships while working through others and watching them grow.

Tell us how you plan to Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

By bringing in that great work atmosphere and wanting my team members to love being at work. Also, coming into work every day with a positive attitude making sure the customer leaves with a clean car and wants to come back.

Work hard and pay attention. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow within this organization.

I enjoy meeting new people and being able to build relationships with team members and customers every day.
