Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

I am honored to be recognized and moved up to the store manager role. After being with Autobell for over five years, it motivates me to continue putting in the hard work and seeing progressive results.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

The most impactful experiences I've had at Autobell would be one-on-one with Beau Watson (District Manager) and the other store managers. It helps you and keeps you fresh when you have tenured mentors that are willing to help you work through projects, work with you to find solutions to new problems that you have, or just check-in and give me some encouragement on a busy day. The most impactful experience I have had with customers is probably just being able to help them in any way possible. I have customers come up to me and say they will never switch to another car wash because of the hustle and efficiency we have cultured here at Autobell.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

Outside of being a Store Manager for Autobell, I spend plenty of time being a musician. I love music, and I have been an artist since I was five years old.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I will continue to live out Autobell's purpose by spreading my experience to other team members. I will always make sure customers have a great experience at my store. I plan on doing this by introducing myself to every customer I encounter, giving them that personal relationship as a customer that makes them comfortable and familiar. And I will always look at the positives and have constant training in a friendly environment that gets the job done.

Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

When I first learned about my promotion, I could not believe it. I was so ecstatic that I could not stop smiling. I am very eager to live up to the store manager's title by helping as many people as I can succeed in their role at Autobell.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

An impactful experience I had with a team member was with a cashier. Training my first cashier, I was nervous and scared I was going to mess something up. Seeing the light of pure joy flicker in their eyes made me happy. The experience opened my eyes to the pleasure I had in helping others learn something new.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

Before working at Autobell, I kept to myself and did not talk much. Now, after working at Autobell, I can talk to anyone without having anxiety.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I plan to live out our purpose by ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face and shine on their car.
