Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

Becoming an Autobell store manager feels excellent after working here for three years. I have wanted a store for quite some time now, and the time has finally come. It feels good being a part of such a great team and being so close to home!

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a customer at Autobell?

A regular customer came in a different vehicle one day than she usually gets washed, which was a sweet-looking Mustang GT. I inquired about her Mustang GT, and she started tearing up. The customer talked while her replacement car was getting cleaned, and it turns out she was in a bad accident in the Mustang a couple of days before this visit. The car ended up a total loss, and she told me that there is nothing more delicate than life itself after experiencing something so traumatic. She continued to say, do not ever take the time you have with friends and family for granted, for those are the memories that flash back to you in moments like that accident. She returns to the wash weekly as of right now, and it's always lovely to see her with a new Mustang.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

The most surprising thing about me would be that I was one of the first team members to be hired as the store opened three years ago. I grew up in the area and used to pass the used car dealership frequently. As the car dealership was being transformed into Autobell, I was curious about what the bell was for on the building. It was cool to see how it converted to a car wash, and I was excited to start working here.

I plan to continue to running this store in a way that ensures every customer leaves this lot satisfied with their purchase. A personal experience with a customer is what draws them back and want another wash. I believe I bring this to the table running this store. A customer leaves happy knowing the people that washed their car are honest and stand behind their work.

Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

I am immensely excited about the opportunity to build a store in my vision and help it become great. I have already had the pleasure of hiring and training new members and seeing them have great days on the lot where they feel like they accomplished something special.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a customer at Autobell?

I had a customer come in with some tough grime and about eight years' worth of tar and tree sap caked onto their car a couple of days ago, and they asked what I could do for it. I recommended the exterior special for the better soaps in the wash and tire shine. During that time, I was working on the exterior, we chatted about running, lacrosse, music, and movies, and at the end, they thanked me for being so friendly and giving good service and said they would be back with their other car for a wash soon.

Tell us something about yourself we may find surprising?

I am 6' 8", so there is a 98% chance that I am the company's tallest store manager, but there's 100% chance I can dunk on you.

Tell us how you plan to live out our purpose, Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®?

I want our team members to be empowered through my leadership to be exceptional people capable of accomplishing whatever they put their minds toward achieving.
