Tell us how you feel about becoming a Store Manager for Autobell?

It feels amazing! Ever since my first day at Autobell Car Wash, I love what I've been doing every day. When I got the call for my first store I was in shock; I couldn't believe the opportunity I've been given. The possibilities are endless at Autobell.

Tell us about the most impactful experience you had with a team member or customer at Autobell?

A customer once said, "Surround yourself with the person you want to become. Awesomeness is contagious!" That stuck with me. I love coming to work every day. Being an excellent leader is what I strive to be, because I had a great leader teach me everything I know.

I love music, football, church league sports, and I've recently gotten into card collecting with my little brother -- football, baseball, basketball, even Pokémon cards, you name it! They all have value. It's an addictive hobby and very fun!

I am extremely excited and honored to be a store manager in Georgia! I look forward to leading a store at this level and working closely with our District Manager, Beau Watson, and the other store managers. I look forward to the opportunities of the job!

I was working at store #73 in Marietta, and this customer came in with five kids. She had just come from a competing car wash, and they did not do a good job. She needed to have the car cleaned before she picked up her in-laws at the airport. I could tell that she was swamped juggling care of her five kids and getting everything ready before the family comes into town. After helping her select a wash, I was able to get her car cleaned to perfection. After thanking us several times, she said we made her day a lot better and even left us a great review online. This interaction was such a small deed, but it was genuinely brightening the world by helping others shine.

I am currently a full-time student at Kennesaw State University, studying criminal justice to get into law enforcement later in life. I love to spend time with my family and friends, and I enjoy skeet shooting and going to the shooting range.

As simple as it sounds, I plan to be out on the lot with my team members every day, interacting with them and the customers. If I can make one person smile every day, then I will consider it a good day. Giving a customer a clean car is a great way to make someone’s day a lot better.
