How do you feel about taking on this new opportunity as a Store Manager?

I’m very excited about this opportunity! I have watched the Annapolis location grow in my two years since starting at Autobell. I am eager to continue to strive for greatness and take the customer and employee experience to the next level.

What advice would you give a team member who’s thinking about becoming a manager?

Becoming a manager at Autobell is a great opportunity! Not only will you learn valuable skills you can use at work, but you can use them in your personal life and future. Positive action, positive thinking, and hard work result in success at Autobell!

What’s the best thing about working at Autobell?

Helping and serving the customer along with interacting and coaching the team members. Also watching the process of others rising through the ranks of Autobell.

How do you feel about taking on this new opportunity as a Store Manager?

I'm excited about this new opportunity because I have been with this location since it first opened. I will strive to get this location to its full potential as the store manager. It will be a lot of work, but it’s work that I am willing to do to achieve my goal.

What advice would you give a team member who's thinking about becoming a manager?

Perform like the person above your role at Autobell. If you are a team member, then act like a manager; managers should strive to act as a store manager, and store managers should act as a district manager. This makes the translation into the new role seamless, and it proves you are capable of that role.

What's the best thing about working at Autobell?

I enjoy the customer interaction at Autobell. While it can be brief, just seeing their smiles and how happy they are to have their car professionally cleaned makes this job worth it. People come here for a reason; you should be proud that YOU are that reason.
