I remember I was taking care of a customer's scratch claim, and after denying the claim and explaining how safe our car wash is, I was able to turn them into a loyal customer.

Becoming a Store Manager for Autobell has opened my eyes. Autobell has shown me that you don't have to go to college to make good money in today's world. Hard work and dedication are all it takes at this performance-based company to succeed.

Once a customer came to the Mableton location store #59 and didn't have money for a wash. I sent her through and told her not to worry about it. Around a month later, she came back to the location saying, "You just don't know what I was going through at the time, and because you gave me a car wash, it lifted my spirits and encouraged me to go out and pay you back whenever I had the chance."

In February, I was in a bad car accident where I broke my arm and nose, and my hips were bruised. While I was in the ambulance, the EMT said that I told him that he needs to fix my arm as soon as possible. I open the store tomorrow, and I need my arm to wipe down cars. Believe it or not, the EMT used to work for Autobell and contacted my twin brother  Devon Parks  (store manager of #59 in Mableton, GA), so he could meet at the hospital.
