This is my 2nd time using this Auto Bell and I have had a great experience. I always keep my car clean therefore not a lot of work that needs to be done when I take it for detailing. In my last experience one of my plates come off the car, I assume that the screws probly work themselves loose as there was no damage to the plate or my vehicle. I contacted Auto Bell, I had consistent response, my plate was found and the manager was gracious throughout the whole process. I want to say thank you for your service, thank you for those who detail the car, It is a pleasure to be a blessing to you also after the work is completed. When something takes place no matter where it is or with whom it happens we must approach people with the best attitude possible in hope we receive the best result possible. We will not always get the answer that we would like to have but if we put kindness out in the atmosphere somewhere somehow it will return to us.

Good wash, always appreciate the guys at any autobell. They always are a good group of ppl and work hard.

The customer service can use some improvement. Every time I go to this location I have to go behind the employees, I ride through because the last time the vehicle went through the wash, they turned the engine off, and at the wash exit the vehicle started steering towards the road, and a autobell sign, while no one was watching to get the vehicle, I had to jump in the vehicle in a hurry, start it up, and drive it away from the sign, 2 more seconds, and it would have hit the sign, and caused an accident. This last visit the vehicle was barely wiped down on the exterior, and was barely wiped down on the interior, leaving the circle from the dash mount still on the window. the service purchased was the $28.00 super poly process, and to my amazement, I tipped $10.00 even tho the service still needs improvement. Autobell needs to take pride in it's employees by offering better pay, benefits, training, and a sense of satisfaction for working at the company. Satisfied employees equals satisfied customers. When companies operate in the magnitude Autobell does, it does not contribute to a better America. We all have to work together providing an economic change, not change in our pocket, but change we can see, and feel.

Always take my car here but for some reason last time fragrance didn't last at all
