I had an initial bad experience at this location .. However, I called in to customer service which in turn forwarded my complaint with management for this particular store... Let's just say they do honestly care about your satisfaction and were more than happy to make my complaint non-existent. My advice for people that may have a complaint with Auto Bell is to call customer service and voice your opinion...

This location takes much greater care than the others I have been to, especially with vacuuming and interior cleaning. Others seem to just hit the high spots, these folks take the time to do it well. Leave yourself a few extra minutes while they work. It’s worth going out of your way!

I have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed. All emloyres have done a fine job. Owen in particular, has taken extra care. He even wiped the door jams after a exterior wash only. He's done this every time.

My car was sparkling! They also have a warranty on every wash so that if you aren't satisfied you can bring it back and get the exterior done over for free (even after a few days!). Top notch service!
