I really wanted to like this car wash and went because of the ratings compared to other nearby car washes. While the staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the car looked somewhat clean from the outside (a lot of water marks), the inside was still dirty. My mats were wet and dirty (except for the back ones, which weren’t touched at all); my cup holder and dashboard looked the way they did when I got there, and my car wasn’t vacuumed at all. I expected more from a $35 car wash. I didn’t have time to have them go back over these things because I was in a hurry. The 2 stars are for the pleasantness of the staff. Otherwise, I am not pleased with my service and will likely not return. Update: I received a call from the manager. He had me come back - they did an excellent job! They took their time and made sure my car was cleaned to my liking. Customer Service was still great. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I’ll return again. :)

I wouldn’t of never imagine my vehicle would look brand new again this place is awesome!!! Quick and efficient! Definitely will return and be a loyal customer for life. Thanks again team at Annapolis location

Very surprised at how thorough this wash was. I've been many places that just lightly dry the car off resulting in water spots or rush the windows and interior leaving lots of streaks. Not this place. The floors and mats were thoroughly cleaned and when the car exited it was fully dried (exterior, jambs, windows) and carefully windexed. Prices were about $5 more than what I've paid elsewhere but the attention to detail made it worth it. I felt awful for not having the cash to leave a good tip.
