I come to this car wash all the time and they always do an amazing job. I have had wonderful experiences each and every time I visit. The customer service is unbeatable. The store manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was pleased with my visits and will continue to come back and give them my business!

I'll start with the positives, the staff was pleasant and professional. Negatives, paid for the superpoly wash, and premium mat service(all). Was assured all of the mats were done. After getting home, rear mats had not been scrubbed, I had to wipe down all of my windows due to soap spots, rear window exterior was still dirty. Wasn't a busy day, weather was sunny and 50. For $36, I expect better service.

I would like to share my thoughts about the Hickory MD Auto Bell Car Wash. I have been going to the Auto Bell in Hickory since they opened and have always received excellent service. The employees are very attentive to detail. Every employee I have encountered to date has been very courteous and willing to make sure you are satisfied before you take possession of your vehicle. I have recommended this service to many people and will continue to do so.

I love the staff at Bel Air, Md Autobell. My friends give me gift cards as gifts from Autobell; that's how much I post and talk about the FANTASTIC service I have had over the last 2 years they've been in my town. And on the few occasions I've experienced issues; management followed up within 24 hours and I returned at no charge. They provide coupon books at the start of the new year and for customers like myself who frequent 2 or more times a month, the cost is fair for the services I request.
