Making a Difference in Maryland
When the Stay at Home and Essential Business orders impacted our three Maryland locations, they didn’t stop our management team Dylan Ireland (#81 Annapolis), Steven Kutcher (#84 Bel Air), and Chrystian Bignall (#87 Chester) from assisting our Human Resources and Training departments. Each manager has brought their talents beyond car washing to help those departments during these challenging times.
Steven Kutcher (#84) is assisting Pedro Briceno (Leadership Development) in the creation of videos and PowerPoint presentations for the training department. Steven is recording his voiceovers for the scripted words used in the PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, he is using Adobe Photoshop to create cartoon characters in Autobell uniform. Each cartoon takes around four hours to create and edit.
Dylan Ireland (#81) and Chrystian Bignall (#87) have been assisting with research and providing feedback on making a new team member handbook in digital format. Creating engaging, and more personable content for the handbook is no easy task. Dylan and Chrystian solicited local managers for their feedback on how Autobell develops managers from within to help create relatable content for our team members as well. They wanted to thank MT2 Keagan Lovett and MT1 Jeremy Ramos Olivare from store #83 for their help with this project. We all look forward to seeing the completed handbook once it goes live.
