“Alex was super friendly, and I felt he went above and beyond. I had an item in the back of our truck, and he moved it into the cab for me! Also, we appreciated how he sanitized the towel he handed us our credit card back on. He was very kind and helpful, and we were so impressed with his awesome customer service and wanted to make sure he was recognized for it!”

Store manager Tyler Grice of store #56 in Harrisburg, NC, made a sticky situation better when he took the extra time to ensure customer Jessica B. left Autobell with an exceptionally clean car. 

"My husband and I took our car through the drive-through wash, and when we got home, there were white spots all over the passenger side and all in the wheel wells. I assumed it was some soap that didn't get washed off and dried, so I went back to Autobell. Tyler helped me, and even though he seemed certain it wasn't soap, he spent significant time using special cleaners to get the white stuff off before going through the wash again. He really went above and beyond to help me! I really appreciate his calm demeanor and how much he did for me. He is a stellar employee!"

Greensboro staying green and clean!

Stay-at-home orders presented a challenge for our four Greensboro locations, and they were temporarily closed for six days in mid-April. Closed stores didn’t stop our Greensboro management team from lending a helping hand to other locations and making sure we were ready to open back up quickly when allowed.

Store Manager Nico Scarfo of store #38 (Greensboro) took his mowing skills to 16 Charlotte-area locations while Mike Collins, store manager of #5 (Greensboro), used his lawn care skills locally in Greensboro. Helping keep our costs down during this critical time is something Nico and Mike were happy to do.

When the order came in that our Greensboro locations could reopen with some extra precautions in place, we needed a large supply of hand sanitizer quickly. The call went out to store managers to find where we could purchase some. Store Manager of #21 in Statesville, Adrian Arguelles, knew Southern Distillery was producing hand sanitizer and was able to order some. Also, store manager Cam Godfrey of #14 in Pineville went across the street from his store to have some hand sanitizer mixed up at Pineville Pharmacy. The shipment of sanitizer was picked up and delivered to Greensboro by Nico Scarfo and Darin Icard, store manager of #6 in Gastonia.

Thanks to the hard work from all our managers and team members, the Greensboro locations opened back up just in time for the weekend.
