Meet Jason Berry, the new store manager at #11 in Greensboro, NC.

How do you feel about taking on this new opportunity as a store manager?

I have wanted to become a store manager since I started as a team member. I was very fortunate to have fantastic store managers such as Devon Parks (#59 in Mableton, GA) and Mike Collins (#05 in Greensboro, NC) to help me towards my goal of becoming a store manager. I’m very grateful that both Devon and Mike invested time in my training. I must thank them both for getting me where I am at today. I’m very excited that I’ve received this opportunity and I will make sure that my store is successful.

What advice would you give a team member who’s thinking about becoming a manager?

Autobell is a fantastic company that takes care of every employee. If you have the right mindset when you come in every day and put in 100% effort, it will pay off in the end.

How do you plan to live out our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values every day?

It’s my job as the store manager to make sure customer service is everyone’s priority. We want customers to pull onto the lot and know that they will be in and out in minutes and leave with an exceptionally clean car. Also, I will make sure customers visiting our location get friendly, professional staff; a clean facility; have no complaints after they leave; and will be a loyal returning customer.

Meet Cody Howard, the new store manager at #2 in Charlotte, NC.

How do you feel about taking on this new opportunity as a store manager?

I have put all my time and effort into this job and trying my best to make it to a store manager. I’m thankful for my former store manager Chase Kallam (Store #14 in Pineville, NC) and former District Manager David Reep for preparing me for this job. I look forward to all the challenges and rewards that being a store manager provides.

What’s the best thing about working at Autobell?

I enjoy having the ability to make someone’s day better at Autobell. A customer might come to Autobell upset, but when you raise the towel, and they see a clean car, it makes the day better regardless of what happened earlier. Also, you could be helping customers and your team; then you’re doing maintenance to fix/prevent something. There are so many hats you can wear, and it’s great to get to learn how to do so many different jobs in one.

How do you plan to live out our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values every day?

To me, Autobell values are the most important of our jobs. Teamwork: Having a great team at the store allows you to make the customer happy with a clean car and excellent service. Trustworthy: If you can’t trust the people around you, it sets everything else up to fail. Efficiency: Having customers know that we save time as well as providing them with a clean car. Accountability: Everyone is held accountable for something. For us as a whole, customers hold us responsible for their vehicle (s) to be clean. Providing our best service time after time sets the standard, our customers have come to expect. Caring and Humility: Caring about the team is significant for Autobell. Getting to be store manager, you must show the team what they mean to this business. They are the oil that makes us run, and without them, we cannot operate. Just getting to know employees and making the workplace somewhere they want to be is very important to me.
