"I brought in a filthy car, especially on the inside. After the drive-through wash, Akeem asked me to turn the AC on high to let him disinfectant the interior when I got out of the car. I was able to observe his work-- with gusto and effort! I was so pleased with his work that I sought out the manager to compliment Akeem's work before departing. He was certainly the hardest-working member of the entire team while I was there watching many cars get cleaned."

“Every time I encounter Carson at Autobell, he is always accommodating and polite. He often mentions the Unlimited plans. Recently, Carson presented me with the Autobell App Unlimited Plan. After getting signed up, I returned to start using the Unlimited plan. For some reason, I kept getting an error. Carson stood there and took the time to get the App loaded and started on the Unlimited plan. He said it would allow me to add a second vehicle. The coupon code would not work, so Carson had me move to the side so he could help get the second car added using a new coupon code. I have worked in customer service for 25+ years, and Carson is the kind of employee I would always trust to do the right thing. During these trying times, you will find a lot of workers not putting the customer needs first. This is not an issue with Carson. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I am not sure who will see this email but can you be sure that Carson's manager and Carson himself is aware of what a great job he is doing representing Autobell.”
