Customer Annie M. visited store #3 in Charlotte, NC, for a quick ride-thru, but left with an exceptionally clean car thanks to store manager Michael Summerour.

I go through their drive-thru car wash a lot. Earlier this week, I went and had a leaf stain on the trunk of my white car. Michael went out of his way to let me go through the car wash twice and even tried to use a cleaner to remove the stain. They were busy, and I very much appreciated the extra care. He didn't need to provide such good customer service on my low-cost drive through purchase. Thank you!
