Manager Coty Lail brings brilliance with him to work every day. He recently received a handwritten sentiment from the Steele family after their experience at store #44 in Denver, NC.

“Just to let you know, you have an outstanding employee, his name is Coty. We were at your car wash on Saturday, 14, and while waiting in the room for our car to be done, I could not help but notice the superb care he took of our car. The others that helped some were good, but he was just great! You could tell he wanted the detail on our car to be excellent, and it was, the windows and all. Will have to admit our car was very dirty inside and out. He was as caring for our car if it had been his own. Thanks again to Coty, he is a valuable employee. The Steele’s”

Saving customers time while providing an exceptionally clean car is something team member Paula Hall does well. Customer Trenton M. wrote about his expedient visit to store #7 in Lincolnton, NC.

“I frequent this location usually once a week, and this was my first experience with Paula. While I've never had a bad experience, I have had times where it took more than one employee to complete the job. Paula paid attention to all the details the first time. I can't recall a time where I didn't find at least one detail that was overlooked, and an employee had to do an additional quick wipe down. She was also able to accomplish this all in an expedient manner that seemed to take actual less time than it usually does.”

Store #45 in Virginia Beach, VA, is back at it again; manager Nicholas DeMoss is a repeat offender when it comes to fantastic customer service. He took an uncomfortable situation for customer Taylor S. and turned it into a brilliant experience.

“Thank you so much to Nicholas, the manager of Autobell on First Colonial Road! I forgot my wallet, and he was kind enough to give me a ride-thru wash for free. Awesome customer service, definitely my favorite Autobell location!”
