Shining Bright in September
Getting a five-star review for fantastic customer service is something store manager Sebastian Adrianzen strives for every day. Customer Savanna T. was having a stressful day when a visit to Autobell #58 in Suwanee, GA, made her day brilliant again.
“Sebastian, who is the store manager at the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location, is amazing!! My car got broken into this morning, and everything, including my unlimited wash pass, was stolen. With no hesitation, he ensured my car got washed and vacuumed well. Then he went to the extent of looking up my old card number with little to no information. He is the TRUE definition of customer service! Thank you, Sebastian!!! You don’t understand how great it felt to have someone support me in such a frustrating time.”
Customer Jessica C. visited store #31 in Knightdale, NC where managers Andrew Leonard and Christian Marcom made the Autobell purpose come to life when they proceeded to Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®.
“A huge shout out to the guys working at the Knightdale Autobell! I brought my son, 7 years old and autistic, to watch the cars go through the wash. It’s one of his favorite things. Well, they were slow at the time and no one was in line, so the guys sent their own trucks through so my son could watch. They also talked to him about working there when he’s 16. They made my little boy and this mama very happy. Thanks, guys!”
Thanks to Max Elabdellaoui and Ryan Moore at store #70 in Charlotte, NC, customer Ken S. will always make Autobell his first choice when he wants a clean car.
“Max did a great job detailing my car. He showed he cared about his work. My dogs had shed quite a bit, and I hadn’t expected him to do such a thorough job vacuuming up the hair. We had also been to the mountains, and it was so dusty and dry, so the car was filthy. He was also very friendly. I felt bad I didn’t have more cash on me for a gratuity. Also, Ryan was the cashier and was very knowledgeable and helpful as I didn’t know which wash to get with my gift card. Thanks to both you guys I will be back.”
Being accountable and taking action in a humble and caring way is something manager Sean Amerman of store #45 in Virginia Beach, VA, does well. A recent visit by customer Haywood C. ended with fantastic customer service and a new loyal customer of Autobell.
“Unfortunately, my keys got locked in my vehicle, but an employee named Sean spoke to me respectfully, when he notified me that the keys were locked inside. He quickly called a locksmith, and even though Sean was busy, he took the time out to make sure everything was okay and gave me a complimentary pass. I am so pleased with this experience, and I want to compliment the store and the manager, Sean. I’m genuinely impressed with this level of service and care I experienced while at this location.”
