District Manager Joseph Noel led 11 Autobell® team members from stores 81, 84, and 87 to a local community cleanup at Hemingway's Beach in Kent Island, MD, hosted by the Kent Island Beach Cleanups group on June 19.
This is the third time Autobell has participated in a community cleanup event on Kent Island and is the first time our team found a large tow rope buried deep in the sand.
“We are excited to get back into the community, making the world brighter last month. It was a beautiful day to work alongside our local community during this cleanup event. We were able to gather over 300 pounds of trash, including a 100-pound rope buried in the sand. The rope alone took us more than an hour to remove. I’m thankful for our team members working together to help Brighten the World by Helping Others Shine®, and I look forward to future cleanup events in Maryland.”
Thank you, Joseph and team, for continuing to be involved in cleanup events and building important relationships with your communities. Enjoy some pictures from the day.
