Meet the Team - Chase Howard

Meet Chase Howard, Real Estate Specialist for Autobell.

Many of you may already know Chase; he’s worked at Autobell on and off since 2010, serving as a team member at stores #17, #29, and #50 in the Charlotte area. After graduating from Clemson in 2017, he joined a commercial development company in Charlotte, where he served as a research and procurement associate. There he cut his teeth in the real estate sector, securing sites for automotive clients, national coffee chains, and big-box stores.

“This experience was a great transition into the family business,” says Howard. “Going through the procurement process and guiding clients through zoning, permitting, and construction has helped prepare me for the next chapter of my career.”

Currently, Chase is working closely with Jerome Hopper at store #70 in Charlotte, NC, experiencing the day-to-day wash activities and getting to know the Autobell customer base.

He will subsequently work directly with Trevor Hopkins, Vice President of Real Estate, seeking and selecting sites for future Autobell locations.

“I’m in a unique position – when my dad [Carl Howard, COO] was my age, we were a much smaller company, with only ten locations, and I watched the growth occur throughout my childhood,” says Howard. “I’m excited and grateful to have this position and work with my family to continue the growth.”

Chase was born and raised in Charlotte, and when asked to name his favorite car, he says simply, “It’s anything that has four-wheel drive and can haul my hunting equipment and dog crates.”
