Towels Up Project

We asked, and you answered! We received 40 ideas on how to notify the customer their vehicle is ready. Due to the overwhelming response, we put your ideas into categories to review with the Innovation Team.

During the 4/28/2020 Innovation Team meeting, each idea was reviewed about notifying the customer when their vehicle is ready. We are in the beginning stages of research around notifying the customer through their cell phone. We will be testing a software-based program that will be vetted and then possibly tested at a few of our locations.
